📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using various e-learning platforms like Moodle and Microsoft Teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs to specific job roles.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
• Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback on training programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they fully understand and apply the training content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training or a similar role.
• Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs using e-learning platforms like Moodle and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training tools.
