📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients, ordering and restocking as needed.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down kitchen equipment for daily operations.
• Support the culinary team by ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen temperature and humidity levels.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling, ensuring proper segregation and disposal methods.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on cleaning and maintenance procedures.
