📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of club staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of club facilities, including pools, lounges, and event spaces.
• Coordinate and organize events, parties, and special occasions to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies.
• Train and develop staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of club operations and financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in club or resort operations management.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality software such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
