You’ll leverage your sales acumen to understand their preferences and create bespoke experiences that leave a lasting impression. With a competitive salary of Rp 4,000,000 - Rp 5,200,000 per month, you’ll enjoy a dynamic work environment that encourages growth and creativity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend jewelry that aligns with their style and budget.
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in events and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using Salesforce.
Assist in inventory management and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury sales, retail, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
Strong knowledge of luxury jewelry brands and trends.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in luxury sales or retail management is a plus.
Enthusiasm for the luxury lifestyle and a passion for jewelry.
