📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production plans using advanced planning systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize carrying costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in production planning and inventory control roles.
• Proven track record of managing production and inventory control processes.
• Strong knowledge of advanced planning systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
