IT Support Specialist - POS Systems & Network Infrastructure

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused professional to maintain our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide expert support for our Point of Sale (POS) systems. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations across our retail locations in Canggu, Bali.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and customers, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with our retail teams to ensure that our POS systems are running smoothly, and you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our network infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide level 1 and level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and accurately.
- Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist with the deployment and management of new IT systems and technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.
- Document and track IT issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on POS systems and network infrastructure.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals are a plus.
- Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and ticketing systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Experience with POS systems such as Square, Clover, or Lightspeed is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
