Data Camp Sentosa is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development and a passion for clear, concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to improve clarity and readability,Develop user guides, manuals, and other reference materials,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving existing documentation,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
