📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and increase output.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Understanding of quality control and safety protocols.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
