📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of our retail stores, including inventory management and sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your management and leadership skills.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support the continuous improvement of our stores.
• Act as a liaison between the store and the corporate office, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Passionate about the retail and consumer goods industry, with a desire to build a career in management.
