In this role, you’ll engage with high-net-worth individuals and discerning travelers, guiding them through our exquisite collection of jewelry. You’ll leverage your sales acumen to understand their preferences and create bespoke experiences that leave a lasting impression. With a competitive salary of Rp 4,000,000 - Rp 5,200,000 per month, you’ll enjoy a dynamic work environment that encourages growth and creativity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend jewelry that aligns with their style and budget.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using Salesforce.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury sales, retail, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Strong knowledge of luxury jewelry brands and trends.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in luxury sales or retail management is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for the luxury lifestyle and a passion for jewelry.
