📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their specific needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them succeed in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and other relevant software.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs in a multicultural environment is a plus.
