As the Lead Tax Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our tax strategies are aligned with regulatory requirements and optimize tax efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's financial goals and regulatory requirements.,Provide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, including management and finance teams.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to ensure compliance and identify potential tax risks.,Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations, and advise on their impact on the company.,Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including corporate, sales, and payroll taxes.,Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure compliance and resolve any tax issues.,Provide training and support to the finance team on tax-related matters.,Monitor and report on tax expenses and deductions to ensure optimal tax efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or F&B industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
