📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and benefits administration.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
