PT Pilar Sejahtera is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining HR documentation.,Provide general HR support to the team and contribute to a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Participate in HR projects and tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role (preferred but not required).,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
