📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the condition of the company's fleet of vehicles through regular inspections and servicing.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available and ready for use.,Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Oversee fuel management and ensure efficient use of company resources.,Handle vehicle documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to senior fleet coordinators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and servicing procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
