📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using high-quality coffee equipment and tools such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized coffee shop environment, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Deliver excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Learn and apply coffee brewing techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew methods.
• Stock and manage coffee supplies, including beans, syrups, and milk, ensuring that the shop is well-stocked at all times.
• Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service best practices.
• Participate in coffee tastings and quality control activities to ensure the highest standards of coffee quality.
