📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that our sales targets are met and that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies.
  • Monitor store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, with a focus on creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Work both in the office and at the store to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work both in the office and at the store.
