In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Perform cashier duties during peak hours and weekends.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and hybrid environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Good time management and multitasking skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
