Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and developing the team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading and mentoring team members to help them grow professionally.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Overseeing inventory management and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
  • Participating in training and development programs for the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a retail or service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in team management and development.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
