Design and implement learning programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Assist in the evaluation and measurement of the effectiveness of learning programs.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional growth.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of a learning management system.,Support the organization in creating a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and learning management systems.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
