📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance and security.,Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Collaborate with the IT Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.,Support the IT Manager in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in IT audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Familiarity with network administration and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
