📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry is a plus.
