📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring high levels of customer service.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and coaching to enhance performance.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure accurate stock control.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Conduct regular sales audits and provide feedback to sales teams to improve performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or sales role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.
