📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations,Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer data,Assist in organizing and participating in sales meetings and events,Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans,Assist in the training and mentoring of new sales staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Good organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
