Sepulsa Technology Indonesia is seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our Alternative Credit Scoring team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our credit scoring models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve our credit decisioning processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain advanced credit scoring models using machine learning and statistical techniques.,Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can improve our credit decisioning processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate credit scoring models into our existing systems.,Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the performance of our credit scoring models.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of data science and credit scoring.,Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts within the team.,Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.,Strong programming skills in Python or R.,Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.,Familiarity with SQL and experience working with large datasets.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
