📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks with precision and creativity,Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed,Train and mentor junior baristas to uphold our high standards,Create and maintain a clean and inviting café environment,Assist in the development and implementation of coffee recipes,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with regular customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively,Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance,Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
