📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including inventory control and staff scheduling.,Provide emergency care and respond to medical emergencies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.,Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care.
