📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify and address quality issues.,Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance product quality and reduce defects.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff to ensure consistent quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in quality control or a related field.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Proven track record of improving quality processes and reducing defects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
