Web Gate Nusantara is looking for a motivated Junior Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a desire to make a positive impact on our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs and materials to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design learning solutions to address them.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to engage and educate employees.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs and provide feedback on training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training records and reports to track the progress and impact of training programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other learning management systems.,Familiarity with learning analytics and assessment tools.,Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
