Store Nest Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of pharmacy operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of pharmacy services, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of medications and supplies.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of pharmacy services by verifying prescriptions, compounding medications, and preparing medications for patients.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide patient education and counseling on medication use, storage, and potential side effects.,Monitor and maintain pharmacy equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Collaborate with the pharmacist and healthcare team to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,At least 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant tools.,Valid pharmacy assistant certification or license (preferred).
