📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Create and maintain process documentation using Process Street.
• Conduct process audits and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to employees on new processes and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in process optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Process Street.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
